Offsite backups (also called remote backup services) is an easy, secure and affordable way to store your important work and/or personal computer files to a remote location.
After installing our backup software, your backups can be scheduled to run after each and every file is modified or on a regularly scheduled basis. Each file is transmitted over the internet and is 448-bit encrypted before it leaves your network and stays that way on our remote servers. To illustrate the security with which your data is protected, online banking only uses 128-bit encryption.
You will be provided with a unique encryption key, and no one can access your data without that encryption key. Physically, your data will be housed at one of Canada's leading data centers, located in Southern Ontario.
Offsite backups for a business or home user start at $5.95 per month for 2 gigabytes (GB) and $2 for every extra GB stored. There is also the ability to backup Exchange Mail and SQL databases.
