There are many ways to manage and organize incoming mail, but maybe one of the simplest ways is to have multiple email addresses. That’s right, multiple, as in more than one! This may sound counterintuitive as a means to get email under control, but it does work as long as you use the emails carefully.

Just exactly how many emails does a person need? The answer really depends on how you use emails and the Internet, but in general, having at least two email addresses is a good place to start:
